Introduction:


In order to understand the AC generator theory, we need to have know about:
Components and physical process of an ac generators. the strongly magnetic field that produce as the result of current flow via field coil of rotor, slip rings and brushes are produced excitation, this excitation received by field coil in the part rotate the continually of operation can be made by connection between the field and external excitation.

TASK

You well divided in a group consist of four as flowing:
Group (1): why that necessary to understand theory of operation?
Group (2): what are components of an AC generator?
Group (3): how do we calculate the efficiency and losses of an AC generator?
Group (4): how do you controlling in the frequency of an ac generator?


Process:


The flowing steps have been out lined for you to help you to become more understanding of your role to answer on the task.
1. You well divided in the group of four.
2. Each student in the group well have specific job.
3. Make sure every one clearly understands his/her responsibility.
4. Once the groups are informed what they are going to do, you well brainstorm what roles are needed and how to fulfill it.
